Robbery Probe At Aiken Check Cashing Store
A lone gunman robbed Stewart Cash Advance at 665 Silver Bluff Rd in Aiken around 12 45 pm, demanded cash from the clerk and fled. Police described the suspect as a slender Black man about 5 11 to 6 0 wearing a mask. Bloodhound Tracking Team notified as investigation continues. A separate Lexington County crash killed Marcell Fouteau, 59, the right front passenger in a 1982 Ford pickup on I 20. Fouteau was not belted. Robert Curry named trustee at large for Aiken Electric Cooperative. he is a Shriner and church deacon.
