USC Aiken professor Dr. Bob Botsch and political science students conducted exit polls with 633 voters on November 7. They found Governor Mark Sanford led Aiken County 60 percent to Tommy Moore 40 percent, and Karen Floyd led the superintendent race locally, while Jim Rex won statewide by 4,900 votes.
