The family will receive friends Friday December 11 2009 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Billy Redd's home and Saturday from 1 p.m. until the service at the church. George Funeral Home & Cremation Center is assisting. Redd died December 8 aged 103 in Aiken SC. He was a lifelong Aiken County resident, a church charter member and deacon, and a retired furniture salesman. He is survived by three sons, four daughters in law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a companion of 14 years. Memorials may be made to Memorial Baptist Church or Southern Care Hospice.
