Zachary McCabe 28 of Chalk Bed Road was charged with first degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor and third degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor. Deputies spoke with the victim's mother who said the girl described sexual acts by the suspect who fled the scene. He was arrested and held at the Aiken County detention center.
