Newberry Street Upgrades Complete in Aiken
City of Aiken completes Phase 1A of Newberry Street Water and Stormwater upgrades from The Alley to Park Avenue in the Downtown Redevelopment Project area. Tim O Briant says only pavers and repaving remain. The project used noninvasive spin casting on aging pipes and involved Johnson Laschaber Associates.
