John Parker, a tractor-trailer driver for UPS in Aiken, was honored for 25 years with the company. He began in 1982 as a package car driver and lives in Augusta.

The Free Riders Motorcycle Club of Aiken kicks off its third annual Christmas toy and food drive. Donations of toys clothing school supplies gift cards and funds are requested from members and local businesses to aid families in need this holiday season. Applications for families are available at Smith-Hazel Recreation Center with on site submission by December 15.
