Car crash kills driver in Aiken near Jackson

Aiken 27 year old Sean Patrick Cheadle died from head trauma when his 2003 Honda Civic collided with a City of Aiken garbage truck on Dwight Green Highway near Silverton Street. He was the sole occupant and was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash, at 3:14 p.m., involved the eastbound car striking the westbound truck. both drivers wore seat belts. No charges pending against the garbage crew.
