Aiken man aids Charley recovery from Florida hurricane
Dr. Jeff Priest of USC Aiken joined his parents Everett and Dorothy Priest in Punta Gorda after Hurricane Charley struck. The family endured looted, damaged structures and heat without utilities, while Priests witnessed a war zone like destruction and later relocated inland.
