Baxter earns CPCU designation and Mills joins Exploration Resources
Baxter, a Cayce based programmer for South Carolina State Farm Bureau Insurance and a native of Aiken, completed four courses and national exams to earn the American Institute of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters CPCU designation. Exploration Resources appointed W Frank Mills as business development manager in the Environmental Sciences Group. Mills holds a BS in Environmental Science from Troy State University and did postgraduate work at Auburn University as the firm serves the Aiken area from its office.
