Fuel Adjustment Costs To Change In South Carolina
South Carolina Electric and Gas Co customers will see a lower fuel adjustment on September bills but total charges will rise as the PSC shifts most fuel costs into the regular bill. The change follows a PSC Aug 4 decision during the semi annual review of SCE&G fuel adjustment practices.
