Majority of legislators return bulk mail reimbursements
Dozens of South Carolina House members have returned bulk mail reimbursements totaling 124 398 after reports of a rush to spend. As of Wednesday 55 of 68 recipients had returned funds with 13 not returning 22 400 still outstanding. Some lawmakers who did not return include at least three who mailed before June 30.
