Man sought in kidnapping and burglary case in Aiken
Police seek David Mills Hancock 38 in connection with breaking into a Two Notch Road home and restraining a woman with a chemical rag before forcing her to drive to a Save A Lot on York Street. Hancock faces first degree burglary and kidnapping charges. evidence includes a broken window, blood spatter, and fingerprints. The victim was not injured and was allowed to leave after the store transfer. Hancock has prior burglary convictions and is held at the Aiken County detention center.
