Deadlock on ARPA relief plan for Aiken County continues
An ad hoc Aiken County Council committee again failed to reach a consensus on distributing more than 30 million dollars in ARPA funds. The group divided on large projects versus a 10 million dollar nonprofit and small business focus with 1 to 2 million per member. The next meeting is set for September 16 at the Government Center.
