ATC nursing program builds for future with strong faculty

Sam's Club site eyed for Whiskey Road Aiken

A 19.5 acre property in front of the Kensington subdivision is slated for a Sam's Club warehouse store, drawing opposition from residents over lights noise and traffic. City Council could approve the concept plan as early as Aug 28 or be delayed to late September. Aiken plans traffic and design reviews under the 10 year comprehensive plan as development pushes south toward New Ellenton.
