Aiken jockey on the lam linked to Ohio warrants

Daniel J. Soto, 44, a local exercise rider and journeyman jockey, is wanted by Clermont County Ohio authorities on two counts of felony non support of dependents and may have left the Aiken area to avoid arrest. He was indicted in May 2005 and has been at large since warrants were issued. Local officials say he could have been in Aiken, South Carolina, after a brief stay in California. Soto moved to Aiken in October 2008 and has worked with a local training team as a jockey.
