South Carolina groups receive $2 million for health law outreach
Three South Carolina groups share 2 million to promote signups under the federal health care law. The grants fund outreach across 46 counties with DECO Recovery Management receiving over 1.2 million and the Benefit Bank of South Carolina aiding statewide marketing efforts.
