Aiken woman pleads guilty in mother’s death
Christina Mavris 27 pleaded guilty but mentally ill to involuntary manslaughter in 2007 death of her mother Dana Davis. Judge Dovet Early sentenced her to 18 years with 12 years suspended and five years probation. Credit for time served. Davis was stabbed multiple times and the Crosland Park home set on fire.
