Academy Sports to Open in Aiken at Hitchcock Plaza
Cameron Zurbruegg of Hendon Properties confirms Academy Sports and Outdoors will move into the former Stein Mart space at Hitchcock Plaza on Silver Bluff Road. City Manager Richard Pearce calls the news fantastic and a vote of support for Aiken’s future economy. Rue 21 remains in the plaza while renovations proceed on its permanent site.
