Blume Receives $1000 Scholarship From Local Officials

Rep. Robert Perry announced Lynn Seigler Blume of Aiken as the $1000 scholarship winner at the ACBD TDC board meeting. blume, a USC Aiken nursing student with a congenital heart defect, committed to serving patients as a nurse. The SCHSPA notes Perry’s long work for disability services and honors him as Legislator of the Year.
