Free adoptions at Aiken shelters during Clear the Shelters
Aiken County Animal Shelter and the SPCA Albrecht Center join the national Clear the Shelters event with fee waived adoptions on Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm at 333 Wire Run Road and 199 Willow Run Road. Local officials note high intake of stray cats and dogs and urge residents to provide homes.
