Hibdon Wins Classic Following Father's Footsteps

Dion Hibdon, a 90 year old pro from Stover Missouri, captured the BASS Masters Classic on Lake Logan Martin near Birmingham Alabama after starting four stanzas behind. He posted 34 pounds 13 ounces over three days to outpace Dalton Bobo and David Fritts who ended second and third. Hibdon used a jig near about 50 dock pockets and a Lucky Strike Dion's Secret in watermelon green, alternating 1/4 and 1/8 ounce lures.
