Augusta chef competes on Food Network show
Fat Man's Mill Cafe executive chef Usry, a North Augusta resident, was among 12 contestants chosen for The Next Food Network Star. He finished last after 20 minute timed challenges and recalls adjusting without staff. Locals Diaz Enriquez and Lewis praise the cafe while Hooks notes Usry's drive to grow his catering in North Augusta.
