Gerald Randolph Byrd of Greenville was convicted of breach of trust with fraudulent intent after taking 2450 dollars to photograph a couple’s September 2009 wedding but failing to deliver the photos. He received two years house arrest under a suspended eight year sentence, plus probation, with orders to return the images and refund the money.
