He was taken to University Hospital with a fractured leg. The accident occurred at 5 25 p m at Knox Ave and Five Notch Rd. Driver of the car identified as Brownie William Hawkins 78 of Yonkers N Y was not hurt. Two other persons were injured in a four car collision near Freeman's Service Station Gloverville on Highway 421.
