Lawsuit alleges racial and gender quotas at WSI SRS

Plaintiff Oerman alleges a practice of selecting individuals by race and gender and an unwritten quota system at WSI SRS. He says he was laid off in July as part of a reduction in force and retaliated against for filing prior suits. WSI cites budget goals and says 64 others were laid off with no discrimination. The company promises severance and broad denial of unlawful acts.
