Prosecutors seek death penalty in inmate murder case
South Carolina prosecutors plan to seek the death penalty for 38 year old Kenneth Henry Justus in the stabbing death of 22 year old fellow inmate Justis Matthew Bergenzer at Lieber Correctional Institution in Ridgeland. Justus is already serving two life sentences for earlier store clerks killings.
