Escapee from work gang drives away in county truck

Mother charged with child cruelty in Aiken home
Aiken woman Camelia Brown, 22, faces cruelty to children charges after police found juveniles living in unsanitary and unsafe conditions in a Brown Lane residence. DSS later took custody of a 3 month old and a 2 year old with a safety plan. a 4 year old remains with relatives. Police say the mother and the infant’s father attempted to retrieve the child and became enraged.
