Columbia man sues over $5.5 million video poker jackpot
Shawn Harmon filed suit against American Amusement Company Inc. and Flying J. Inc. alleging fraud and misrepresentation after a video poker machine at Flying J Travel Plaza reportedly showed a $5.5 million jackpot that officials say malfunctioned. He seeks at least $5.6 million plus fees and damages, claiming emotional distress and privacy loss.
