Gallup Survey Shows Teens Favor Hustle Disco Dances
Gallup finds 23 percent of teens name the Hustle as their top dance, with the Bump at seven percent. Attendance at discotheques varies by age region and urbanicity, 38 percent overall and 62 percent among non white youths, based on a February 24 to March 6 1978 AP survey of 1 174 teens.
