Doctor Faces Jail Time In Switzerland
German authorities will not allow Dr. Rajko Medenica to return to the United States and face extradition to Switzerland where he could serve jail time. His attorney says there is no possibility of bringing him back for treatment or trial. Medenica, a Hilton Head Island physician, was arrested 11 days ago at Munich Airport as prosecutors refused pleas for release.
