Fort Campbell opens Boundless Playground for wounded soldiers families
Disabled Staff Sgt. Todd Shaw and other veterans return home to a new Boundless Playground at Fort Campbell. The accessible site offers harnessed swings ramps and low bars helping Shaw and relatives engage with children despite injuries from Iraq. Officials say the project aids family bonding and therapy for more than 3 000 people on base with support from Actus Lend Lease and base leaders.
