Harris Wins Special Election Seat on New Ellenton Council

Keith Harris, a 25 year resident and Du Pont Savannah River Plant worker, won the New Ellenton Town Council seat in a June Democratic primary and a July unopposed city vote. He plans to expand recreation services and serves with his wife Willie and four children at Foreman Memorial Baptist Church while filling the remainder of Richard Campbell’s term.
