Westinghouse plans King holiday by trading paid days
Westinghouse Savannah River Company employees will vote on giving up one paid holiday to create a Martin Luther King Jr. birthday holiday starting in 2004. The site currently offers 10 paid holidays including New Year’s, Presidents Day, Good Friday, and Christmas. Pedde invites feedback by August 8.
