USC Drops Indoor Mask Mandate After AG Letter

USC in Columbia rescinded its indoor mask rule adopted July 30 after South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson said the budget amendment wording was ambiguous. Interim President Harris Pastides said masks are encouraged indoors with exceptions for offices, dining areas, and residence halls.
