K-9 PTSD debated as dogs shown stress from war

Last Carnegie Hall resident forced to move out of towers

Elizabeth Sargent is the last holdout tenant facing Aug 31 departure from Carnegie Hall towers after a long legal fight with New York City Carnegie Hall Corp and Sanford Weill. The two towers once housed 100 studios used by artists including Editta Sherman who refused to leave. The complex will be repurposed for an education program and administrative spaces while rents are subsidized for life in new midtown apartments.
