Judge grants probation in Aiken case after arson and domestic violence
Clarence Leland Rutland, 42, pleaded guilty to criminal domestic violence and third degree arson and received a seven year suspended sentence with five years probation including anger management and drug testing. He must pay 4500 restitution for a burned car.
