Martins Ferry police chief charged in burglary case
Bridgeport Police Chief Chad Dojack and carpenter suspect were charged with complicity to burglary and receiving stolen property. Both plead not guilty and are free on recognizance. The alleged crime occurred in mid May in Martins Ferry Ohio involving surrogate mother Michelle Ross and twins born June 22.
