Pilot whales euthanized after Cape Cod strandings

Volunteers and scientists struggle to save a pod of pilot whales stranded near Sunken Meadow Beach Cape Cod. After two days of efforts and multiple beachings the veterinarians on site euthanized the remaining animals. about 60 whales died or were euthanized since Monday.
