Sesquicentennial Weekend Opens With Hofmann Ceremony
The Sesquicentennial celebration begins with a May 3 marker unveiling for Polish pianist Josef Casimir Hofmann, and an 11 a.m. ceremony in front of Hitchcock Condominiums on Laurens Street. Father Powers will give the invocation and Dr. Leonard Kosinski will welcome guests. The Opening Ceremony follows on May 4.
