Posner Might Skip Graniteville Meeting Despite Stake Rise
Victor Posner, owner of Southeastern Public Service, has increased his Graniteville Company stake to 20.76 percent and may not attend the stockholders meeting scheduled for tomorrow at 11 a.m. He plans to mail a proxy vote. Posner, questioned for tax fraud charges, has previously indicated investment aims and could later seek further Graniteville stock depending on market conditions.
