Bobby Johnson 37 of Plunkett Avenue faces five counts of unlawful neglect of a child and failure to pay child support after police say five sisters were assaulted with a belt during a confrontation at their home. Witnesses described alcohol involvement and prior incidents. the children were placed in their mother's custody.
