A Windsor couple, Benjamin H. Robinson and Suzie M. Robinson, were arrested Monday by the Aiken County Sheriff's Office on unlawful neglect by a legal custodian. Warrants state the defendants placed four children at unreasonable risk and left the home unsanitary and disordered.
