Auction Planned For Kalmia Landing Lots In Greenville
A public auction on May 6 will offer at least 30 lots and nine residences at Kalmia Landing. US Retirement vice president Jerry Spearman says about half the lots will remain for private sale while 11 am absolute sale covers the rest. The development off Gregg Avenue holds nearly 140 home sites with 75 occupied, includes patio homes, condos, villas, a clubhouse, tennis, pool and security gate.
