Savannah River manager to keynote 2018 ATC commencement
Michael D. Budney, manager of the Savannah River Operations Office, will deliver the commencement keynote for Aiken Technical College on May 8 at USC Aiken Convocation Center. Nearly 400 graduates will receive 455 credentials as the school holds a single ceremony for all.
