Bojangles' plans IPO to raise 100 million
Bojangles' of Charlotte filed with the SEC to pursue an initial public offering and raise about 100 million. The chain, founded in 1977, operates 622 restaurants in 10 states plus Washington DC and Honduras. Advent International will keep a controlling stake after the sale.

Jury ends first day of deliberations in Tsarnaev case
