A Beech Island man was cited for two counts of larceny after admitting scrap metal theft for money. Others included a car break in on Abbeville Avenue in Aiken, a trespass citation at Smith Hazell Recreation Center, an assault and false information case at Whiskey Road, card fraud totaling over 1600 dollars in Florida, and a wallet theft at Hopelands Gardens.

Paul Daily of Wild Horse Ministries will host a two hour clinic in the Boots Bridles and Britches parking lot on May 21 from 5 to 7 PM hosted by Faith Riders Equestrian Ministry. A Round Pen of Life demonstration will pair Daily with an unbroken horse to demonstrate trust building. Admission is free.
