Fashions Of Yesteryear At First Presbyterian Club Show
The First Tuesday Club of First Presbyterian Church staged Fashions of Yesteryear featuring 31 outfits from 1840 to 1940. Models Alma Huber and 10 others wore elaborate costumes while Susan Searle shared tips for cleaning delicate heirlooms. The club, mostly retired parishioners, began over five years ago with monthly luncheons and programs drawing 40 to 100 attendees.
