Investors propose inn office complex in CBD rezoning
John's Securities of Charleston plans to convert the 86 year old structure into a combined inn and office building if the city rezones the property into the Central Business District. A public hearing on the proposal is scheduled. NORITH AUGUSTA A woman from North Augusta Mary E Martin 29 and her daughter Tasha Nicole Martin likely perished in a one car crash on Storm Branch Road north of town. Sgt Bill Harvey said they were found around 11:30 pm three miles east of North Augusta. Officer T B Ledford investigated the incident.
