Aiken County's largest Christmas Parade drew over 12,000 spectators along Route 421 as 135 units, including 16 church floats, traveled in Valley time. Grand Marshal Dwight Allen led, while The Butler High marching band tied for first with Midland Valley High School. Awards went to Graniteville float, Our Lady Of The Valley, and more. the event was co sponsored by American Legion Post 153 and The Empty Stocking Fund.
