Obituary for Charles McCracken Sparks
Charles McCracken Sparks born September 12, 1850 in Nicholas County Kentucky. son of Gogeard Havenailispie Sparks. He moved with family to near New Ross as a child, married Mary Emily Fishback in 1879, and lived on a farm west of Advance where he died November 3, 1919. Survived by wife, six children, brother and two sisters, six grandchildren. funeral at Advance Christian Church with burial at New Ross.
